For starters, James was very tentative to every question I asked to purchase my new vehicle. He was very polite, calm and professional, I felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle with him. I’ll definitely go back to Rome Preowned Auto when it’s time for a new ride. And I wanna give a shout out to Tim, the finance manager, who tied up all the loose ends with an affordable warranty and still managed to keep my monthly payments very modest.
